Evening relaxation – care for body and mind

After a long busy day all you dream about is a bit of relaxation? It’s perfect. The upcoming online workshops are an excellent offer for those who want to relax and take care of their body holistically.

Classes will be broadcast on January 22 on the event ‘s Facebook page. Classes will begin with so-called “Yoga face” exercises, which aim to improve skin tone and elasticity. For people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, exercises for a healthy spine with elements of yoga will certainly be useful. This set of activities not only helps strengthen the muscles of the spine, but also relieves internal tension and stress. An important part of the training will also be breathing techniques, which will help participants oxygenate their bodies. Classes will end with relaxation exercises aimed at calming and inner peace. The workshop is organized by MAL Samogłoska from Bielański Cultural Center in Warsaw.

About the leader

The classes will be led by Sylwia Buczak, a yoga instructor who also deals with relaxation, breathing techniques and exercises for a healthy spine. She has gained her experience by participating in numerous workshops in Poland and abroad. She shares her knowledge and skills gained, among others, in India with others in numerous workshops and projects. She is also the founder of Life Change Foundation, which aims to promote a healthy, harmonious and active life
