SWOT analysis will therefore allow us to very quickly analyze the new job and what the position offers. In this way we can also analyze our competences. A threat may also be the job market, which is currently overcrowded with people who have the same qualifications as we do. An opportunity, on the other hand, may be the fact that we have such competences, which are quite uncommon or we graduated from a niche field of study.
