At the beginning of our career it is worth doing a SWOT analysis to see if our current job and position will give us the opportunity for further development. Also SWOT analysis can help us to look a bit more critically at our own skills and tasks that we are currently doing.

SWOT analysis will therefore allow us to very quickly analyze the new job and what the position offers. In this way we can also analyze our competences. A threat may be e.g. the fact that our already gained experience and courses are quite popular, therefore many people with similar competences will want to get promoted or get to a similar position. A threat may also be the job market, which is currently overcrowded with people who have the same qualifications as we do. An opportunity, on the other hand, may be the fact that we have such competences, which are quite uncommon or we graduated from a niche field of study.
