How to prepare golden milk?

You need the following ingredients: 2 cups of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. You can also use 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave or ¼ teaspoon dried ginger and a dash of cayenne pepper.

Blend the coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper in a blender. Blend at high speed for 30-60 seconds until you get a smooth consistency mixture. Pour the liquid into a saucepan, and set over medium heat. Heat until it begins to steam. Remember not to bring to a boil. If desired, sweeten with honey or season with ginger and cayenne pepper. If you don’t like almond or coconut milk (or are allergic to nuts), try rice or hemp milk.
