You can start changing your diet with small things:

  • Limit your intake of sugar and salt.
  • Avoid highly processed foods.
  • Go at least one day a week without meat.
  • Stay hydrated and keep a water bottle within reach. The Institute of Medicine recommends that men drink about 3 liters of fluids a day and women drink more than 2 liters.
  • Limit your intake of fatty meats, processed meats and dairy products.
  • Make your meals regular. Take care of their diversity.

Regular movement will improve your condition, quality of sleep and metabolism. It will also have a positive effect on your silhouette.

Diagnostic tests should be selected according to your age, gender and health condition, but there is a group of tests that is recommended to be conducted regularly regardless of gender or age. These include, among others

– palpation of the thyroid gland by a doctor

– weight measurements

– blood pressure measurements

– regular dental check-ups

We alone are responsible for our health. Sensible habits can make a healthy lifestyle a part of our identity, not just an unpleasant sacrifice.
