An energetic start to the day sets a positive mood for the hours ahead. Here’s a list of some morning exercises that will rouse a sleepy body and get you in a good mood at the start of each day.

Push-ups

Exercise known from school gym lessons helps increase heart rate and blood flow in the body. It strengthens calf and arm muscles. Dynamic movements will help to wake up and catch energy for the whole day

Squats

One of the exercises that warms up and strengthens leg muscles, buttocks and abdomen. In addition, correctly performed squats help to maintain the correct position of the spine and promote the reduction of body fat. Squatting is good for the joints and ligament mobility. Performing 10 to 15 repetitions every morning will strengthen the body and stimulate it to function

Bellies

Exercise to strengthen abdominal and thigh muscles. Performing a dozen or more repetitions every morning will allow you to wake up quickly and do a short, effective workout. You should practice sit-ups on a hard surface with your feet hip-width apart. Done correctly, they will support the work of the spine and help lose weight
