During this free webinar, researchers in anthropology, Scandinavian studies, and travel will try to talk about how Scandinavia moved into the mainstream

Although organized by the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities, the webinar is open to the general public. Anyone interested can use the link provided on You Tube and watch the broadcast on January 5 at 18.00 live.


During the conversation you will be able to ask questions, which the speakers will try to answer live. During the webinar you will have an opportunity to find out why Scandinavian countries have been at the top of the best places to live rankings for years, whether Poland is similar to Sweden and which Scandinavian films and TV series are worth knowing.

A few words about the hosts

The women invited to lead the discussion are Małgorzata Kłos, PhD, who breaks into Scandinavian studies, English and linguistics at the SWPS University and the author of the travel blog “Nowa wSzwecji
“, Anna Korczak, who has been living in Malmö for several years. The discussion will be coordinated by podcast author and journalist Marta Zmaczynska.
