Drinking a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar every day makes our metabolism speed up. It has an antioxidant effect, so it is recommended at the very beginning of a diet, so you will get rid of harmful toxins from your body. It also reduces cravings, which makes it easier to lose weight. As a detox supplement, it is extremely effective, but you should not overdo it – half a glass of apple cider vinegar a day will be enough.
Apple cider vinegar for hair works like a moisturizing mask – it closes the hair cuticles and makes them shinier. In addition, it prevents split ends and makes the hair easier to comb. Vinegar can be used to make a very healthy rinse, which has an anti-dandruff effect. Just add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to boiled water.

The recipe for apple cider vinegar is very simple. To make it you will need ecological apples and a large jar. Wash and cut them into quarters without the core. Then place them in a clean jar and pour over boiled, cool water. You will need 4 tablespoons of sugar or honey for one liter of liquid. Do not screw the jar on but cover it with a paper towel or cotton cloth. Vinegar must mature in a warm place. It will be ready for consumption after a month. It is best to wait until the foam that forms on the surface disappears. Then our apple cider vinegar will be ready for consumption. However, it should be strained beforehand.
