Autumn is coming, and with it the rainy weather and the cold. It’s a moment when no one gets up cheerfully and willingly.

The solution is the right playlist, so that everyone can successfully reject the Monday blues and leave the house with energy and a positive attitude. Here is a subjective ranking of the best songs for entering a new day.

Musical chasers of autumn clouds

Summer, like every year, passed far too quickly, leaving us unsatisfied, mainly due to the rainy August. While you can still count on a few beautiful, colorful autumn days, you also have to come to terms with the fact that the days will be getting shorter and the weather not so kind.

In such conditions loads of positive energy must be sought elsewhere, and as we all know, one of the best tuners of mood is music. What to listen when the alarm clock rings at 6:30 and it’s dark and raining outside? We present a subjective list of the five best autumn boosters, with the help of which everyone will enter the new day with a good mood.

“Lovely Day” by Bill Withers

As you brush your teeth in the morning, it’s a good idea to sing these words of encouragement to yourself in your mind each morning: “When the day ahead of me seems impossible to measure. When everyone else but me always seems to know the way. Then I look to You and know that it doesn’t matter. Just one look at you and I know it’s going to be a beautiful day.”

“Run the World (Girls)” Beyonce

When you listen to one of Beyonce’s hits, can you ever feel anything other than like a warrior about to conquer the world? We dare to doubt it! After asking yourself who rules the world, just insert your name in the chorus and fire up the new day at full power. Bey knows how to spur you into action!

“Respect” by Aretha Franklin

Although this song was originally recorded by Otis Redding in 1965, the late Aretha Franklin turned it into a hit anthem for women less than two years later in 1967. This song can boost mood, self-esteem, and evoke a spirit of confidence and self-motivation in anyone like no other. An absolutely fantastic alarm clock.

“Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley

Another classic way to start our morning gratitude list is with this soothing, off-key Bob Marley note playing in the background. The sound alone, transporting you to sandy, carefree beaches, soothes and lulls you into a good, positive mood

Additionally, Marley’s message is about overcoming adversity and understanding that “every little thing and every worry will resolve itself and everything will be okay.” Such a motto for the day is definitely a good one.

“September” by Earth, Wind & Fire

This song was first heard by some people in the soundtrack to the movie “The Untouchables” and they will forever associate it with the scene of dancing at a banquet. We assure you that after listening to it first thing in the morning, all you can do is bob your head to its rhythm all day long. The lively tempo immediately makes your blood circulate faster and even the biggest lazy person wants to dance and live.
